Please maintain at least 10–12 hours of fasting before the health check-up. You may drink plain water if required.
Please bring urine and stool samples only if instructed. Sterile sample containers can be collected from the hospital laboratory.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Avoid wearing jewellery or carrying valuable items during the health check-up.
Please bring your previous medical records, prescriptions and investigation reports. Also carry spectacles, hearing aids or any other medical aids that you regularly use.
Additional tests, investigations or specialist consultations may be conducted on request or as advised by the doctor. These services will be charged separately from the health check-up package.
Pregnant women must inform the doctor or hospital staff before undergoing an X-ray or any radiological investigation.
Women are advised to avoid scheduling PAP smear and certain urine tests during menstruation unless recommended by the doctor.
